Current Openings:

Bowling Desk Attendant
16 - 32 hours per week, must be available nights and weekends, pay based on experience and availability. Responsible for guest check-in, lane assignments, payments, and overall bowling desk operations. Also supports the service team by delivering food to guests during peak times while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Friendly, team-oriented attitude required.

Pinsetter Mechanic
8-16 hours per week, Saturday nights are a must, pay based on experience and availability

Server
2-4 nights per week, must be available nights and weekends, minimum wage plus tips, 18+

Bartender
2-4 nights per week, must be available nights and weekends, minimum wage plus tips, 18+
 

Assistant General Manager

Position Overview
Bogart’s Entertainment Center is looking for our next Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team! As an AGM at Bogart’s, you'll play a key role supporting operations across our restaurant, bar, bowling, and event spaces. We’re looking for someone who can lead with positivity, coach with purpose, and bring fresh ideas to help grow our business both inside and outside the building.

If you are a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences, coaching teams, and driving results - this could be a good fit for you!

Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support front-of-house operations

• Coach and develop staff to deliver top-tier guest service

• Assist in managing labor, schedules, and daily performance

• Collaborate on sales-driving initiatives and special events

• Occasionally open/close the venue (most opening/closing is handled by supervisors) 

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management 

• Strong communicator, motivator, and problem-solver 

• Passion for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere 

• Willingness to jump in wherever needed
