Shift Supervisor (part-time)

Position Overview

Bogart’s is looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role primarily supports evenings and weekends and plays an important part in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in strong team leadership, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front-of-house and operational staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Assist with opening and closing procedures and smooth shift transitions

• Support staff training, development, and accountability

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Communicate effectively with management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Bowling knowledge is a plus, but not required
